1. Product Description & Use

All products sold by Steeze Spirit LLC are 3D-printed automotive accessories or components. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our products are intended for off-road, show, or cosmetic use only.

We do not guarantee that products are compliant with local, state, or federal vehicle safety regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to determine suitability and legality for their specific application.

2. Assumption of Risk

Automotive modifications carry inherent risks. By purchasing and installing our products, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with installation, use, and operation of the product.

Steeze Spirit LLC is not responsible for damage to vehicles, property, or persons resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

3. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Many of our products are custom-made or printed to order. Due to the personalized nature of 3D printing, minor variations in color, texture, and finish may occur and are considered normal.

4. Installation Responsibility

All products are sold without installation unless otherwise stated. Proper installation is the sole responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend you follow our installation guides to ensure proper fitment.

We are not liable for damage caused by improper installation.

5. Processing Time

Orders require 5-7 business days for printing and processing before shipment. Processing times may vary due to order volume or material availability.

6. Payments

Full payment is required at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

7. Cancellations & Order Changes

Cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once printing has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified. Please email us at steezespirit@gmail.com to make changes to your order.

8. Fitment Disclaimer

While we strive for accurate fitment, variations in vehicle models, trims, years, and prior modifications may affect fit. Fitment is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, files, and products created by Steeze Spirit LLC remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, scanned, or resold without written permission.

10. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including requests involving unsafe applications, copyrighted designs, or inappropriate content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steeze Spirit LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
